Becoming a Member
Shiloh Christian Ministries does not require membership in order to attend services or participate in most activities. However should you decide that you want to commit to a deeper relationship with Shiloh, there is a simple four step process that is required for official membership.

Step 1: Welcome to the Family class: is a two hour class offered on a Saturday morning. This class will give you detailed information about our church leadership, government, Statement of Faith, and much more about what we believe and how we support each other as a family of believers. You will receive  a booklet with all of the information from the class so that you may refer to it at anytime.

Step 2: Pastoral Meeting: is a meeting with one of our staff pastors. This meeting will give the opportunity to have your questions answered and for the pastor you are meeting with to get to know you personally. This meeting will walk you through the process of signing membership papers as well as details about what it means to be a member of Shiloh Christian Ministries.

Step 3: Ministry of Helps class: is a two hour class offered on a Sunday afternoon following our Sunday morning worship service. It is a class that will equip you for working in one of the many ministries within Shiloh. You will receive study notes from the class to refresh your memory as you put the things you learned into practice. A light lunch will be served.

Step 4: Approval from the Board of Directors: is mainly a formality. After your meeting with a pastor your membership paperwork will be submitted to Shiloh's Board of Directors. Once approved you will receive a formal letter of membership from the Board.

The current cycle for this process is approximately every 6 to 8 weeks. Watch for announcements offering the Welcome to the Family class and take the opportunity to start the process for you and your family.  We are always thrilled to add more believers to the Shiloh family of believers.
