Here At Shiloh

So, what goes on around here at Shiloh?  Well, we think it’s important to make it clear…

Here at Shiloh, we’re more interested in being a light to our community – where we live, work and socialize - than we are in isolating ourselves inside the walls of our church.

Around here, we’re more interested in following the example of Jesus to seek the lost,  heal the broken, provide for those in need, than we are in appealing to those who believe they are self-sufficient.

Around here, we’re more interested in following the leading of the Holy Spirit than we are in following comfortable routines that have become lifeless ruts.

Here at Shiloh we’re more interested in giving you an opportunity to encounter the life-changing presence of God in worship, than we are about singing our favorite songs in our favorite musical style.

Around here, we believe that being accepted and connected in the family of God is vital, and we’re more interested in taking this journey together than we are in running this race alone.

We believe that the Word of God is our guide and standard for our lives, and

that it’s more important to grow strong people than it is to grow a big church.

Around here, we’re interested in equipping you to make a difference in this world, not just in words but with faith in action, loving and serving others.

And finally, here at Shiloh, we’re more interested in seeking God in prayer than pursuing our own plans and agendas.

What you’ll find around here at Shiloh is a multi-cultural, multi-generational community that is seeking to live by these Biblical values.   It’s who we are and what we believe God has called us to do.

And we wanted you to know, because we’d love it if YOU joined us, around here

                                                                                                                ….at Shiloh.
