following opportunities, and others, are available to help you and your family
grow in your relationship with God, find a place to serve, and to become a
vital part of the Shiloh Family. Please turn in the Tan “In-Touch” form in your
bulletin stating where you’d like to get involved or call the Center Office

Teens
& Children
CHILDREN’S CHURCH: Excellent Sunday morning ministry to children 3 years thru 10 years during 10:00 am services. Helpers and snacks are always needed. Contact Pastor Angela Tumpkin, Children’s
Ministry Director.
GROWING KIDS GOD’S WAY: A 16-week course in Biblical parenting that will help you
understand and implement Biblical principles into your daily parenting-usually
held twice a year. Contact Ray &
Mary Buerge, to find out when the next session is scheduled.
JR. HIGH MINISTRY: Dynamic and relevant teaching geared for ages 11-13. This group exits main
service during sermon time. Contact Chuck Ferguson or Pastor

NURSERY: A co-op
ministry to infants and toddlers thru 3rd Birthday. Available for most on-campus activities. Parent volunteers assist staff personnel;
other volunteers are always needed.

POINTMEN & YOUTH NET MINISTRY: A dynamic Youth Ministry for ages 13 and up with
quarterly retreats, leadership classes, weekly Bible studies, local outreaches, fellowship
opportunities and ministry trips. YOUTH NET: With Outstanding Praise and Worship,
Fellowship & Teaching. Jr. & Sr. High worship service meets Sunday afternoons, 4:00pm at

VISION GROUPS-YOUTH: Small groups for youth ages 13 and up that meet
weekly. Each group has a different
‘flare’ - check them out. Teen
Discipleship Classes on Wednesday evenings.

Adults
ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL: Meets weekly Sunday Mornings at 8:30am. Currently studying the
David Barton American Heritage series. Questions contact Elder Jerry Norris 417-0955.
COMMUNICATOR: A quarterly publication that keeps you informed of the
current activities at SCM. If you would
like to contribute to or receive the Communicator, contact Tiffany Taylor,
459-2828.
CONNECTION
MINISTRY: This
ministry operates to provide a thorough, warm and loving greeting to visitors
and newcomers. Contact Pastor Jim Hoston DIVINE HEALTH SEMINAR: The ministry focus is on equipping believers for the
ministry of the gospel and bringing us all to repentance, forgiveness,
deliverance and healing. The seminar is
a 3-part series that takes place for two days, 3 months in a row, usually
spring/fall sessions. Cost includes
materials needed as well as a Saturday evening meal. For more information please contact Chuck or

EMERGENCY MEALS:
Those
dedicated to providing meals to Shiloh families that face a death or emergency
situation within their family. Contact
Judy Norris.
EVENT PLANNING: To promote a spirit of hospitality and fellowship through
planning and coordinating church events throughout the year. Contact Susan
Betancourt.
GREETERS: Those with a heart for
hospitality to welcome individuals and families to SCM prior to the 10:00am
Sunday morning worship service. Contact Elder
Gil White.
GROUNDS: A team of dedicated
volunteers that tend to the grounds of SCM.

HELPING HANDS: A food pantry is kept and maintained with non-perishable
items for food boxes which are given to individuals and families in need. Contact the Ministry Office for more

HOME FELLOWSHIP GROUPS: Small groups that meet twice monthly on Sunday afternoons. Each group has a different personality—find
one that suits your personality. Call

MEN’S BREAKFAST: Saturday, 7:00 am, My Place Restaurant.
MEN’S DISCIPLESHIP: A Men’s Fellowship and Bible
Study Group that meet weekly on Thursday nights 6:30pm. Occasional trips to state and national
meetings. Contact Peter Gross.
MISSIONS COMMITTEE: Those committed to reaching the
unsaved locally and internationally with the Gospel of Christ. Committed to
serving new and already established missionaries as well as local and global
ministries. Contact Dr. Paul Olson.
MOPS:
A group for mommies
of infants to 5years who desire support in becoming the best moms they can be.
They meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month 9:30-11:30am.
NEWCOMERS HOSPITALITY: A group that provides refreshments as needed for the new
members process, which includes the Newcomer’ Brunch and the Welcome to the Family class.Their services are needed approximately every 6 weeks. Contact Shiloh Office 459-2828
NURSING
HOME/HOSPITAL MINISTRY: Visitation to
local Nursing Homes and Hospitals for ministry, comfort and Bible Study. Need volunteers that have a heart for
touching the infirm and elderly. Contact Pastor Jim Sutherland.
PARKING LOT ATTNENDANTS: Individuals to help with parking
needs as well as assistance from vehicles for those who are elderly, have small
children, or special needs. Contact Karl Rogers.
PRAYER MINISTRY: The heartbeat of Shiloh.
There are many ways to join in this ministry with monthly meetings,
prayer retreats, prayer outposts, intercessory prayer, individual prayer and
more. Contact Pastor Jim Hoston.
PRISON MINISTRY: Ministry to prisoners and their families in many
different ways. Contact Barbara Steward, 458-6335 or Sarah Montoya.
SEASONED SAINTS MINISTRY: Fellowship and
ministry for those who are 70 years old and older. Contact Rose Hoston
SOUND/MEDIA TECH MINISTRY: Provides sound, technical and media support for all
services at Shiloh. Contact Mike Hardy
or Mark Bangle.
USHERS: Caring for the people of God during all services. Contact Joe McDermott.
VISION OF THE HARVEST: A discipleship ministry
that includes weekly, small (vision) groups, Encounter retreats and Wednesday
evening classes. Currently being re-organized.
WELCOME CENTER: A ministry to answer the
questions about our Ministry for those who are new to our church. Contact
Bonnie McDermott.
WORSHIP ARTS MINISTRY: There are many opportunities to serve in the worship arts, to include worship band,
choir, handbells, drama, dance, worship and prayer, youth worship, children's

WOMEN ARISE: A fellowship of equipping and encouraging women to stand up and be changed
by the transforming power of God. Women’s discipleship groups meet weekly and
